Synergy Shoptique’s return policy:

DUE TO COVID19, all items are nonrefundable.  However, you may conveniently email synergyshoptique@yahoo.com within the first 7 days regarding a purchase.

A store representative will contact you via email to follow up with instructions.   

In store purchase may be exchanged within 7 days for equal or lesser value only.

Exclusions include final clearance items, sunglasses, accessories, jewelry, lingerie, body shapers and body suits.

International Returns: Unfortunately, Synergy Shoptique does not offer refunds for items purchased online. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable.
