RETURN POLICY

Synergy Shoptique’s return policy makes it easy to return your item(s)!

When returning an online purchase, you must FIRST complete the CONTACT US form indicating the reason for return within 7 days (US) or 14 days (International) from receipt of delivery.  

Once your refund request is received via CONTACT US form, a store representative will contact you via email to follow up with return instructions.  

If the return is a valid request, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Be sure that ALL the original tags are attached, and the return item is odor and stain free.

Only regular price items will be issued a full refund.

Please note that sale and clearance items DO NOT qualify for prepaid return labels and a refund in the form of E-Gift card will be issued for the amount of purchased items.

Final clearance items, sunglasses, accesories, jewelry and body suits do not qualify for store credit, returns or exchanges.

If unqualified items are returned you will be subject to paying the return shipping fees.

We will only hold the unqualified returned package for 14 days before we deem the package as abandoned. 

The return process is pretty straightforward so be sure to enclose your packing slip inside of the package.

Once you print out the prepaid return label for your regular price items, simply stick the return label outside of the package, take it to your nearest US POST OFFICE for shipping.

International Returns: Unfortunately we can not provide a return label for international orders. Once we receive the return we can only issue a refund for the cost of the item. You will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes and shipping charges associated with both the original purchase and return.

International customers have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return qualified unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise ( free of makeup, deodorant, or wear) for a refund and up to 30 days for a store credit.

Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and all orders that have exceeded the above stated time frames will not qualify for a store credit or refund!!

Synergy Shoptique does not offer exchanges for items purchased online or in store. No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our store location.

We recommend shipping packages back using the pre-paid return label issued.

If you choose to use your own shipping method please note to keep the tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.

Without proof of receipt and delivery, Synergy Shoptique will not issue return refund or credit.

You will receive your refund on regular priced items for the amount you paid for the item via your original payment method.

Processing returns can take up to 5 business days after we receive your package. Returned shipping may take up to 7 business days.

Once the return is approved we will send an email notifying you that we have disbursed your refund.

Banking institutions may take an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the credit to your account.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.
