Return Policy

Synergy Shoptique’s return policy:

When returning a shipped/online purchase, you must FIRST email indicating the reason for return within 7 days of purchase.

Once your refund request is received a store representative will contact you via email to follow up with return instructions.  

If the return is approved, be sure that ALL the original tags are attached, and return the item odor and stain free.

Only regular price in store local purchases will qualify for full refund within 7 days.

Regular Priced shipped items will qualify for exchange only within 7 days.

Synergy Shoptique will not provide return labels or incur shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please note that sale and clearance items DO NOT qualify for a refund or store credit.

Final clearance items, sunglasses, accesories, jewelry and body suits do not qualify for store credit, returns or exchanges.

International Returns: Unfortunately, Synergy Shoptique does not offer refunds for items purchased online.  

FOR LOCAL RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 7 days of purchase, Banking institutions may take an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the credit to your account. 

Original shipping fees are not refundable.
